Having high quality products and all of the testing and inspecting in the world will mean nothing if the product isn't packed and shipped correctly. To ensure that our customer's orders arrive safe and on time, the logistics experts in our shipping department go above and beyond the standards used by many companies in our industry.
How Does Our Shipping Process Work?
Once an item has been sold and given its final inspection, it heads to our shipping department where it is carefully measured and packaged with only the highest quality materials. Many of the packing materials we use are reusable and made from recycled and biodegradable materials. In most cases, items are individually placed into custom made foam boxes and then placed into an additional box. This extra step gives each piece of equipment multiple layers of protection from harsh weather elements and the rigors of shipping across large distances by ground, air, or both.
General Shipping FAQ/Restrictions
To help meet the needs of all of our customers, we offer a wide variety of custom shipping solutions including customized boxes and labels along with counter to counter shipping through all major global and local shipping providers (USPS, UPS, FedEX, DHL, etc...). We can ship to virtually any address in the world but please note that there are restrictions on certain products, some of which can't be shipped to international destinations.
- Our shipping department hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM-6:30PM CST. All shipping department deliveries and pickups occur at the back of our building.
- Our online store only ships to USA addresses that match the billing address. If you are an international customer, please contact us to see if other arrangements can be made to fulfill your order.
- If you need an item the next day and want to make sure you get your order on time, please call in and speak directly with one of our salespeople. We understand the importance of critical orders and want to make sure you receive your products when you need them.
- We offer local pickup and courrier services. If you are in the Mpls/STP/Twin Cities area and want to utilize one of these options at our location, you will need a release number. This will be provided to you after the item is pulled, packed, and ready to pick up. We do not release items without a release number.
- When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
- Please note that shipping rates for our items are based on the product's packaged weight. To reflect the policies of our shipping carriers, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our mail is picked up in the morning which usually means the soonest a USPS order will ship is the next business day.
- Priority Mail Express - next business day

- First Class Mail - 1-3 business days (only packages weighing 13 oz or less)

We send tracking information out to the email provided to us on the purchase order. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us and we will provide it for you.
