The Intel SRGZE 4215R processor is part of the Intel Xeon Silver family, products formerly Cascade Lake, for servers. It is usually referred to by its step code SRGZE. The CPU boasts 8 cores and 16 threads and operates at a 3.2GHz base frequency and a 4.00 GHz Max Turbo Frequency. The SRGZE also has 11MB of Intel L3 Smart Cache and 2 UPI links for delivering increased bandwidth and performance over Intel QPI.
