The CPU boasts 50 cores and 40 threads and operates at a 2.4GHz base frequency. The SR3B6 also has 27.5 MB of L3 Cache, 3 UPI links for optimum performance, and uses 150 W of Thermal Design Power. The SR3B6 is designed to work with Motherboards that have FCLGA3647 Sockets. The memory requirements are limited to 768GB, DDR4-2666, and 6 channels.
